How do we book Elévate Films for our wedding?
Booking us for your wedding is very easy! Simply visit our website and fill out our web form, providing all the requested details. Once we receive your submission, we will get back to you with all the necessary information and set up a call to discuss your requirements. Afterward, we will schedule a consultation meeting to go over your wedding plans in more detail, allowing us to understand your vision and bring it to life.
A 20% non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation, and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date.
Do you provide raw footage?
Video: We do not provide raw footage. Instead, we focus on creating a natural and seamless film that captures all the meaningful moments of your event. We understand the importance of preserving these memories, and we meticulously edit & put all the videos together to create a smooth, cohesive film that captures every detail.
For Photos: Similarly, we do not provide raw photos. From the thousands of photos we capture, we carefully select the best images to edit. We include a variety of photos capturing different moments to ensure every detail is covered. Each photo undergoes editing to maintain consistency in framing, color correction, and exposure. You will receive a collection of edited photos that highlight the essence of your special day.
What if we need to reschedule our wedding?
Every situation is different and we work with our clients to find options. Our rescheduling policy is that clients may transfer the retainer fee towards a new date.
Do you do destination weddings or e-shoots? what additional fees are associated with destination weddings?
Yes, while Elévate Films is based in Toronto, Ontario, we serve clients worldwide for destination weddings and engagement shoots (E-Shoots). For destination weddings and shoots, additional costs for travel and accommodation (including flights, hotel stays, equipment transportation, and car rental) will be added to the wedding package.
Would you help us with the concept and locations for the shoot?
Yes, we do! We guide our clients with all the details, including shoot locations, outfit selection, and developing the perfect concept to match your vision. We always conduct many creative consultation meetings to understand what you’re looking for, ensuring we can provide the best guidance and support to bring your vision to life.
How big is your team?
The size of the team is decided based on every event. A team of two — three videographers and two photographers are good enough to capture a wedding in its entirety. Since we are both video and photography company, our team can multi-task working together in the same style or given designated roles.
When can we expect the delivery?
Editing a film is a creative process and we take it very very seriously. Each film goes through a series of iterations till we reach a point where we can proudly say ” this is our best work till date”. It usually takes us 2-3 months to deliver your complete wedding film and photographs based on our work schedule.
